Case Study: Bledsoe Agency

The Bledsoe Agency is a full-service sports representation firm with a growing roster of elite baseball talent. As the agency’s profile continued to rise, they recognized a need to elevate their brand presence, particularly on social media, where their athletes’ milestones are celebrated by fans, teams, and scouts alike. Studio Lever was brought on to create a bold, flexible brand system tailored to this unique space: a blend of high-impact sports aesthetics and disciplined brand consistency.
The Challenge

Bledsoe had a strong reputation but lacked a cohesive visual identity that could scale across their growing digital presence. Their social media posts, celebrating client signings, MLB debuts, birthdays, and league honors, needed to feel unified without being repetitive, personalized without being chaotic. They wanted to stand out among sports agencies, but remain respectful of each team’s identity and their athletes’ individual brands.

The Solution

We developed a dynamic Social Media Kit of Parts: a modular design system purpose-built for high-performance content. Every element was crafted to work independently or in combination, allowing the Bledsoe team to create polished, brand-aligned graphics for virtually any occasion.

A bold, typographically driven layout system

A branded color palette that complements MLB team identities

Custom templates for key content types (e.g., Player of the Week, Birthday, Opening Day)

A bold, typographically driven layout system

Integrated logo treatments and watermarks for brand reinforcement

Scalable design assets and visual guidelines for consistent execution

We also delivered a series of ready-to-use graphics highlighting Bledsoe athletes across the league, including Brent Rooker (Oakland A’s), Curtis Mead (Tampa Bay Rays), and Ryan Noda (A’s). These posts ranged from celebratory content (e.g. “Player of the Week” and “Happy Birthday”) to milestone and roster announcements — all showcasing the kit’s range and adaptability.
