- Being on a retainer means you get to jump the queue. Your projects get top priority.
- If we’re not on a retainer arrangement, my usual rate is $100 per hour.

- If you don’t use them, they don’t roll over to the next month, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
- Need more than your retainer hours in a month? No problem. I’ll bill the extra hours at the same rate as your retainer. For example, if you’re on a 20-hour plan but need 30 hours one month, I’ll just add the extra 10 hours to your bill.
